Cannot get army to move

Game 1441579, New York Army 18th Light Tank Division (BS 18), in West Virginia province Moorefield. The army will not move. I can click on it and mouse click it to move. An arrow shows up showing where it is going to go and the army box shows the travel time and arrival time, but the army doesn't move. I've been trying to move it for about three hours. I even waited for change-of-day and shut the screen down and brought up but the army still doesn't move. :wallbash X( :(

create a support ticket so we can see of refreshing your server helps

The last few times I had a similar problem to this, I reloaded the game and it fixed the glitch. That, however, may not be the case here as it appears you had this problem for several hours.
