Sent a ticket when the issue first arose and exchanged a few missives since.

Is this really an isolated problem? It seems that there are myriad other bugs affecting people but not this. It's rather odd.

I had three games initially and they all loaded as normal. After a few weeks #1 started acting up and would only open after re-loading many(20+) times. Games #2 & #3 were fine for a few days, maybe a week and then #2 and #3 started acting funny as well. #2 normalized within hours while #3 remained sketchy and #1 got even worse.

A few days go by and I manage to log in to 'retire' #1. #3 is still behaving psychedelically. Still no more problems with #2 beyond that one hiccup. A couple of days ago #3 begins to work smoothly again!!! Much rejoicing!!!! However, this only lasts for eight hours or so and for a day and a half I haven't been able to access it. #2 is still working.

I'd really like some help with this. I can't imagine how the problem could be on my end considering how game #2 has been pretty much problem free while and the other two don't work.

I would be curious about this too.

I run two systems and currently both systems show this symptom - an old desktop running Windows XP with Google Chrome and a Laptop with Windows 7 and Google Chrome.

Games were running fine. Now I get the "Aw Snap" page when I launch any game on either box. I have gone thru the Chrome troubleshooting - check firewalls and virus software, check extensions, create new profile.

Occasionally I get a game up for about 5 minutes, then it occurs again. Closing browsers or rebooting systems sometimes fixes the problem, but not always.

So, two systems on two network connections - desktop on my home router and Laptop on Home router or Work LAN.

I won't describe how the game runs under IE, but it is not 'engaging'.

My games worked last Thursday, but Friday, sat, sun and Monday nothing, could not sign into my games, others thought I had stopped playing and attacked me, Tuesday was back on, but it was like I was not even there as in production stopped but people attacked me. Today Wednesday, gone again, can anyone, please help.

yea I can't login today too, I was playing then did a upgrade to a building it said it started but it didn't start so I reloaded the game but it didn't want to reload and tried 10 times and still wont load the game

but the 11th time it did reload but chat isn't working it says "Could not connect to the chat server. Please try again later."

It's a funny(but not HAHA funny) thing. A round that had been loading without trouble, except for once, since I started it suddenly began crapping out a few days ago while a round that had been giving me flak for 2+ weeks suddenly began to open without any trouble. Kinda schizoid.

game wont reload, I was just playing and I was trying to help some one and then the chat wasn't working so I reloaded the game 8 times and it wouldn't reload.

I just tried clearing history and that didn't work I just tried 6 more times after clearing browser history so I'll try again tomorrow, I'm NOT going to try again tonight

I've got the same problem as Enma. The loading bar fills, but the game won't start.

I can confirm I have this problem too. They might be making updates. They should really tell us when servers are scheduled to go down instead of leaving us in the dark about it.

Games wont load with ANY browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). This is a server issue not a player pc/connection issue.

Yep, I'm having the same problem. The bar goes green, but it shows no progress up to 100%...then it just stays there.

It looks like it's been fixed. I guess the server needed temporary downtime.

This bug seems to be back, 2 of my 3 games are not loading and now I cannot check the third or get the game number because the main page will not load.

Yep, it's back alright. Hopefully we don't have to wait 5 hours for it to be fixed this time.bso annoying.
