Cannot log into account

Did it by any chance start a new account?

If you don't hit the right button it will create a new account instead of logging you in.

Look at the login on your phone and see if it is the same name if it isn't you will have to have us disable that account so you can then login with your above account.

Yes, and when it loads make sure you get the "login" button, not the "play" button which makes a new account
