Cannot play

I cannot play a game, it gets stuck on the loading screen, "call of war 1942", just loading but never finishing, can you please help? My game name is lhv368.

And posting the same issue in multiple forum sections is not going to get the problem addressed more quickly.

This bug has been reported to already have been fixed.
