I'm playing Greater Romania in game 2,892,929 which is COW 1.5. The UK has a fighter that cannot be shot down, and does damage to my troops. Quite frustrating. The morale bar is completely red and shows -647%. (note the negative sign) Now I have destroyed his air base, and he still won't die. I would send you a picture, but my screenshot photo is evidently too big.
This is taking place in Dijon, France.
23 hours later, it has defeated my level 2 light tank (airplanes on trucks - really?) even though the morale of the fighter is -3181%. (That is accurately typed.) My enemy can now drive it to the coast, move it to anther airfield, and use it to attack my planes and troops and it can never be destroyed. That stinks!!!!!

This is a known bug for 1.5 games, in order for this to be resolved you'd need to submit a bug report with all relevant information. It may take some time for the problem to be fixed however as not every member of staff can respond and do the required actions.
