Cant build unit
I've researched artillery.
In 3 provinces I have an industrial complex and an infrastructure.
In one of them I can build artillery, in the other two I cant.
What am i missing?
What if I'm indoctrinated and actually fighting the good guys?

Problem is solved.
I didnt chance anything, but now I can build artillery in all three.
Could it be a timing issue? I tried to build, right after the infra was finished.
It all showed green on the unittype screen, but the build button on the province screen was greyed out.
What if I'm indoctrinated and actually fighting the good guys?

Ah, most likely a little lag as the game didn't update the build.

I've had this happen to me a couple of times before, and I just had to wait a few minutes before training, so yeah, probably lag.
