look when I join game world at war 100player there's white screen can't do anything

This could be from not being connected to the server. Try refreshing the page and clearing your browser cache if on pc or mobile browser. If your using the app then I would suggest making sure your internet is working properly if it is try forcing the app to close or reinstalling the app. If all else fails submit a bug report. Look to my reply to your comment on my wall for info on where you can submit bug reports.

With maps that have country choice the first screen which you see after pressing the join button is the country selection screen. You need to select a country and accept it. This sounds like this screen is having issues loading for you.
In the above mentioned bug report please include details about the device you are using, and if you are using a browser or our mobile app, and other details that may be useful in troubleshooting your issue.
