Update: i created a new account and searched my old account on the "rankings", its not showing

Cant log in?
So i went to play today, i selected a map and hit play, but then everything was slow to load! Even the map itself failed to show up. So after about 5 minuets of trying i cleared all cookies and site data, but when i tried to log back in, my password didnt work? i tried to reset my password but then it told me that my email address was invalid.... 
what do i do?

Create a bug report, please, that contains the name of the account you are having a problem with. Without knowing the account name, there is nothing the Game Operators can do for you.
