Cant tell where units are need better points.

Refer to link below. I think we will need a pin system or something to better see where your units are on a road.

The AA unit stack should be in front of the two artillery units that are bombarding but it is not clear from the view. It looks like the AA stack in on the road from the south, but it entered from the road to the west.

It is really hard to see with these big icons. Perhaps smaller icons like the ones in s1914 or a pin mode when necessary.

I think this will become a real problem when there are big giant armies on the field.

You can see the red dots showing exactly where the unit is. I can see 8 germans in front of 3 arties in the same road, looking to the red dots.

Edit - The dot is just beneath the gun barrel of AA

Okay I see that now. Anyway would like a little more granularity. :)

I cannot see RED dots; as can't 20% of the population , i am very colorblind...

now that someone told me there are red dots, i zoom in with my browser to [absurd] high zoomlevel, zoom the game to max after that and than start looking for an anomaly, which may represented the coveted 'red dot' ... all just to find out where my unit exactly is.

Good point. We will increase the visibility of that marker.

unfortunately, I feel there has been no real improvement yet.

too many cases where it is still unclear where which unit is at, especially when many groups close to eachother.

and the regrouping still remains incredibly difficult

Kind of beating a dead horse, but I agree about the regrouping. Also the delay function doesn't work quite well.

Perhaps a black dot a little larger than the present red dot. And a choice 'switch' at top of "Games" panel to alleviate this problem. I'm not sure how much work this would entail to allow these features, but it would make the game much less challenging for the color challenged.
