At game 1701738 , 2 of the country is control by same player. Is it the game allow same player create many user to play in same game? These is unfair to everybody.

If you haven't already: If you suspect a multi account, click diplomacy, then the i to the right of the user name. That should show a 'report player' option.In the report please include all suspects.Also include everything you can that makes you suspect multi-accounts.
