In their first game, each person is given a medium tank at the start. It sounds like several new people may be in the same game and traded their medium tank to a single players. If so, this also feels like a game of multi-account users since they should not know about this in their first game. I would open diplomacy, click the i to the right of one of the account users that has a medium tank, report the player and include what you wrote above.
