Clicking on a town bug - irritating issue

I see it as a functional bug. Generally it's irritating often to try to click on a city and try 10 times, looking for a small piece of land (whoever knows where is it) to select city and check whats inside. Generally it's irritating, but someone might say it's not a bug. But now I came to situation where it is, as it's IMPOSSIBLE to click on a city.

I mean Gibraltar on map for 10 Blitzkrieg, where are units moving, attacking, and simple I cannot click anywhere on Gibraltar and check it. It's opponents city so I cannot check it from my list even. It's a bug and very often problem with clicking on cities and it's pissing of. Often You need to zoom in map maximally and look for a piese of land of the city. It shouldn't be like this in game.

I guess city should get some kind of stamp, a dot, whatever, which would be moving, just as icons of troops move around a point, when it's crowded. Make something obviously and always clickable, possible to find. PLEASE!!
