Whelp, nevermind. The problem seemed to fix itself. It appeared to be an issue with the server syncing. Everything's fine now.
Cloning bug.
Alright, so, this just happened for some reason:
I have a squadron of 7 bombers, 2 fighters, all of which were refueling and en route to attack a city. I decided that I didn't want them all to attack at once, given that they lose over all fire-power for having too many in a stack. (Or, y'know, that's at least what I think).
So, what I attempted to do was split the army. I attempted to remove four bombers from the rest, and make them attack the city separately.
Then the strange thing happened: The group didn't end up splitting, and I still have the original 7 bombers and 2 fighters, but the 5 units that were originally not split (3 bombers, 2 fighters) were cloned. Now I have a total of 10 bombers, and 5 fighters.
I don't have the original screenshot of what was there before, since I didn't exactly expect this to happen. But, the two separate stacks have the same exact condition, with both the fighters and bombers being at the same percentage. The overall condition is different due to the number of bombers within each stack, but both sets of bombers are at 79%.

The one above is the original stack. The one below is the 'cloned' one.

Yea, when you see funny stuff like that the first thing to do is reload game in browser tab.
