Clunky way to report bugs

I really dislike this new chat bot thing who tries to keep you shut up and only proposes standard replies. You never have any idea if (after clicking through all that useless template stuff) the effort you make typing the specifics of the bug you find will actually be read by a human at some point, or just get thrown into some big garbage can somewhere. For this reasson, I prefer to report bugs here on this forum; you can at least be sure that freezy will come along at some point, actually read it, and take an appropriate action (or at least, decide no appropriate action is needed).

The automated system is helping quite alot of players with mundane and newbie questions actually, we don't have enough staff to help everyone with the tiniest repeating questions all the time. Our staff time is much better served to deal with more complicated issues. For that reason the "bot" should offer you to contact a human staff at some point in the conversation. When you accept this your report will for sure be read by a human.
