Coalition Button Not allowing access to see or create a coalition

I submitted a support request ticket, however, wondering if anyone else has (had) this problem. When I try to access the coalition tab, (radio button on left margin) it does not bring me to the coalition page, it does nothing. There are coalitions already in the game, 4 have been created and look "normal" however there is a 5th one that looks strange....i.e., has no emblem and cannot be looked at. When I select the other 4 coalitions created, I can see membership, however one of the coalitions invited me to join, but when I go into the coalition there is no invite nor did I get prompted by the system that there is an invite. Also, I cannot see the players information when I select the "i" button, all I see in the small box with current minimal game info, I do not see the complete player profile not can I access their achievement information or service record, that page doesn't show-up.

As you can imagine, I cleared my cache and rebooted and re-logged in twice to no avail. Any thoughts?
