you need to use a support ticket in game, whether it will be solved I dont know, double accounting requires quite a bit of evidence I guess, even same IP would not be prove, as it it may be two persons in one and the same household.
For me the risk of getting a ban is such that I dont play with persons from my household because I dont know how they judge double accounting.
