Connection Error Has Returned

Just this morning, my games were working fine until I started setting production orders on units, and then they didn't go into production and nothing in the game registered. I refreshed once, and it returned to the loading page but the bar was stuck at 100%. I exited out, waited, then tried again. This time I managed to get in the game and move my troops around, but yet again when I tried to produce units, the game froze and nothing registered. I refreshed again and this time I was redirected to an "Internal Error" page.

This problem has happened to me before, just a couple of weeks ago, and now it's happened again . I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 8.1.
