As a frontline pioneer you will see these exceptions thrown pop ups whenever there is any issue.
In general you should be able to close the popup and continue playing the game as the majority are related to minor display issues.
When an exception such as this repeats it is worth reporting using the report button at the bottom of the pop up. This will add a log of this exception to the report for easier analysis by the QA team.
Adding the following information to your report is a critical step:
1) Are you able to continue playing after closing this popup? We assume the majority of these are minor and do not hinder gameplay. When they prevent you from continuing we need to know this.
2) What exactly are you doing to trigger this popup? Does it occur when you select a certain unit or click a certain button? Without knowing exactly what situation has led to this exception it is very unlikely that it can be reproduced. Without being able to reproduce it is difficult to analyze or repair. A report that does not include any information about the steps leading to the issue will not be handled in an efficient and timely manner.
