Construction queue

I had that issue a while ago. If you press it, it might not respond but it actually does start producing for me. Same for the unit production in the province administration

I've double-checked a bunch of times and construction hadn't started.

Is it province administration?

Browsers have a short attention span, and frequently forget that they are supposed to be updating the page constantly, particularly when they are pushed to the background while multitasking. thanks, Vorlon. It's probly the solution I'm looking for.

This has happened to me numerous times but only on the mobile phone play.
