Convoys need time to disembark. Give it a move order and wait a few hours and it should work.

Convoy stuck on land
I sent multiple large convoys of troops in an invasion and one is stuck in between land and sea on my map and I can't select it, so my invasion has now failed completely because it was the key unit. The convoy consisted of only rockets and flying bombs and I selected the delay option on the PC version, after I left the game for a few hours I went back to check it and I could not select the convoy on PC nor mobile no matter what I did. Now I would love to talk to some developers about the multiple issues of this game that should have been solved a long time ago, but that isn't what this is about, so to any admins/mods viewing this please set something like that up, thanks.

You didn't read what I said at all, I can't select it, if you really want to reply to a post for mods only then at least read the damn thing properly.

me too, I had left the convoy with 15 divisions between land and sea of an allied province to wait for the escort destroyers, but I can't select it, neither from a pc nor from a smartphone, nor for landing, nor for anything else. I too are troops for an important invasion postponed.

Same here. I have two stacks that embarked earlier today, one of 20 units and another of 18 units. I can click on every other stack or unit in the game except those two. It says they are waiting yet there is no Embarkation icon to be seen, just "waiting" as a status. I tried both PC and Phone versions of the game, neither worked.
Have closed down the game and restarted it several times, restarted the PC a few times as well.
I plan to wait another hour then submit a bug report.

Update; I submitted Bug Report,
In record time I got a message back that "they refreshed my game server state" and for me to clear my Browser Cache and restart game. Partial results, one of the stacks I now can click on and give orders etc. First thing I did was to break down the stack into smaller stacks.
The second "frozen stack" is still sitting there, as before I can click onto all my units but not that one. So; I will resubmit the Bug Report telling them that the 18 stack still cannot be clicked on.

These type of issues will all need a bug report submitted from the lower right corner of your game for individual service from a game operator.
