Correct name of Pakistan city

Correct name of city of Pakistan is 'Peshawar' not 'Reshawar'.

And also correct the flag of Pakistan

The flag is from 1942, since that's when the game is set.

Idk about the city name though.

Pakistan was made in 1947 so in 1942 there was no flag for Pakistan. So flag should be corrected
