CoW1.5, 22player map: Yugoslavian provinces produce more
Screenshot from day 2 World Herald, 22player map CoW1.5, gameID 3278368, started after June update - Yugoslavia so far built only one level1 industry, conquered not a single province and has an average moral of 77%. Nonetheless it has by far the biggest resource production:

Not a bug, just the regular tutorial bonus for new players (also existed in CoW1.0 for a long time). It wears off after a week.Hans A. Pils wrote:

We funneled some players into 1.5 maps to play the tutorial to see how they fare.
