cruiser not appearing once completed in Bordeaux

Hello,

i have a problème in Bordeaux with a cruiser I built which has been completed for more than 20 hours now and which is still locked in the production zone, 100%, finished, but not quite it seems.

if i try to speed up with GM, it says "there is nothing to speed up"

I've been asked to post this, I hope it's here.
