Cruiser squadron moves without actual sailing time

I am playing in game # 1824329 in my browser address bar there was another number : 6734542

The problem is this I have 4 subs I want them to attack a cruiser squadron of 2 units. The map shows the enemy located in Sumatra between Telukbetung and Pandegang so I set up my subs to attack the stationary cruisers. after a short time ... about 2-4 mins the same cruisers now are located near Batvia. so I change my attack to where the map shows the cruisers now.... about 2-4 mins later it happens again the cruisers are shown back at the original position between Telukbetung and Pandegang. this makes the cruisers un attackable and this is not fair. please look into this bug.
