It's also happening to a lot of AI Nations in my game now, I am sure some other people have it in their server.

Cuba Flag doesn't show up
I recently came back after I haven't played for like a while now, but I went to a new game and chose Egypt in the European map, I looked at carribean and the Cuban flag over their capital city of Havana but it didn't show up, I didn't see that happen before. I toke pictures of it and tried to post it but it says the file is big, so some information would be in like this. I saw the flag like ?

I It is also happening to like every AI nation in the game now and for me it's happening to player-controlled nations.
