Daily Herald reports countries at war with themselves

Game 1,091,251. Monday, day 25 official government communique 11:45. Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia at war. Yugoslavia has lost 170 troops while Yugoslavia lost none. This happened earlier with Sweden. Does not seem to be a morale/insurrection issue in a particular province. Not a problem, actually funny, but odd. Not clear if the troop losses are real since no province is reported.
