damaged airstrip lvl not functional

This is not your airstrip, and you cant use transports to capture places.

It probably used to be a German city, then Russian ground forces came in, flipped the city to Russian control, and now the level 1.5 air factory belongs to Russia. Not only that, but the German planes still in the city came into contact with Russian ground forces, and are now engaged in battle. That's another reason they cannot fly out of the city.

This is not thread-related, sorry, but I would recommend not to take screenshots on which your favorite sites, add-ons, plug-ins and other personal stuff is visible.

With not doing this, you could prevent people from "stalking" you in the web.
