The flag on the right of the WH almost out of view isn't supposed to be that colour.
That's the Spanish Republican flag, official Spanish flag from 1931 to 1936. It is supposed to be like that. Don't you remember the Spaniard (like me, btw) that came asking for that flag? I know Spanish history (obviously) and I can tell you it's supposed to be like that.
