My rank score doesn't seem to have been improving after day 60 of game play, even though I have taken over several more countries and I am at war with another human player. Is there a day limit placed on the games were once passed your score doesn't improve no matter what you do?

A 120day game is an extremely long game. I am wondering if a day limit to improving your score is tired into end of tech improvement window. For example if you last tech improvement is at day 40, there may be a limit placed on score improvement at 40 + 20 = 60days. I personally think there should be no day limit to a game. If you are still playing a game at 120 days then you should also be allowed to be improving your score.

I think I will change my game name to CrazyIvan. I have spent $1000s on this game, and 100s of hours, and now I find my score has not been added too even though I have been winning countries and improving economies. I have liked this game, but to me I am now wasting my money and time. I will find another game were I get a better return for my money and time.

There is a bug in the game that is known,that the levels are not updated. The problem will be solved.
