didnt recieve my gold

i just bougt a some gold for 5 euro, i accidently closed verification of purchase away on the game and now my money is gone but i havent gotten my gold.

file a bug report for this. I would say to out it in for subject as "purchased item not received"

Yes fill in a bug report with the subjet "purchase not received". This way a Game Operator can have a look at it. If you have a screenshot of proof that the money went of your account, please add it.

thx, but the problem has been solved, i just looked at my bank account and google already refunded my money
