Diplomacy Messaging Issues.
Multiple Players have has this issue, this should be addressed swiftly, this is extremely annoying and is making the game frustrating for some, its not much to ask for a lock-in-place screen, not allowing game updates to change the position of the Diplomacy Chat.

If I understand this I agree. Before the update I could message in chat and when I return later it would pop up at the last entry. Now even while entering messages the screen scrolls up to the beginning and you have to scroll down each time. Not good

Ye have posted about this also. Maybe sounds stupid for some but this ruin my game as the dialog is very important for my game. Gonna stop play because of this. I use messages alot and the fact I must scroll everytime i enter the chat and even when in the chat it scrolls to top all the time. Cant talk with coplayers anymore and will quit the game.
