Disappearing building

Hello,

Game #3766767 - I had a propaganda office disappearing :

This is the "proof of production" plus below the buildings currently in Tokyo :

Not a display issue either, I am proposed to build a Propaganda office level 1.

I checked if there was a sabotage, no such thing :

So 2 hypothesis :

- Sabotage missing from the journal

- The "rare material destruction" is an "error by 1" in the code and actually it is a building destroyed
