Double ICs in one region

I noticed through the fog of war that the enemy I was currently engaging had two buildings of the same type located in one of their provinces.

OK, I haven't seen that one before, try to refresh the page and then write here what happened, going to keep my eyes open if I see a situation like this one.

This is a known bug and it is being worked on.
