Down again!

I didn't receive any comp for sunday's downtime and I assume its the same today. However, how do they decide who gets compensated for the downtime? I mean half the players seemed to be compensated with 5K Gold. I have lost units while this downtime has been going on and I get nothing for my losses. I did spend gold to upgrade and produce on all 4 of my games i run. Can we get some consistancy in game play or some kind of comp for our loss? AI does not stop during downtime I assure you. I will start taking daily screenshots and when this happens show you that AI in fact does not stop.
