Whats new, this is becoming a regular occurance
They have NFI
As of now, server is officially down. This post will be edited as new information comes along.
As of now, I can only tell you that it has just recently crashed (I was in game), and that the devs are being alerted of the problem.
We apologize for this inconvenience and staff will fix the issue as soon as humanly possible.
Devs have been working on the issue in the data center. The issue in the data center has been fixed. The servers now just need some time to boot back up.
Some games Are still not loading, Devs are still working on the servers. they will restore all games to the best of their ability. Thank you all for your patience. We are all very sorry for this inconvenience.

Maybe they could anticipate when they are going to fail and let us know in advance. Real good when you got a heap of tish going on against 5 enemies at once. Thanks Bytro.
Perhaps time to find a server complex where they have 24 hour monitoring me thinks
This is occuring all too regularily now, if you expect people to pay real money to play this game then you need to get your collective acts together.
Is it weekend again?
you should just add this to your signature:
"We apologize for this inconvenience and staff will fix the issue as soon as humanly possible."
I'm sorry for being counter-productive, but this blows!
We know it sucks, I'm losing game time just like everybody else.

Man, carefully with that. Use some crisis communication nowOso Major wrote:

Temporarily not available. Please try again later. Will try later.....
glad i did not finally buy gold, yesterday.
i use to do that every crash..
Call of War / Bytro Labs, maybe get a better hosting service?
PLEASE!!
PS. I hope I won't have to re-play what I've played already
it could be boring
All too regular. I do believe this has pushed me off my fence sitting about staying or leaving. Too easy to spend money, very little in return for that money spent realistically, too unstable, unreliable, and I'm starting to find that even this game requires too much time and focus for what I'm looking for. It's a pity. It's a good game, with some great promise, but overall, the instability and imo lack of value for money just isn't sufficient enough.
Hopefully this server down-time isn't too long, so I can look to finishing up my last few games.
Best regards to you Bytro, but I'm afraid this is the end of the road for this relationship.
This would be less of a disaster every time servers go down if somehow the game would stop/freeze in time. I'm sure people smarter than me could figure that out and implement it. This is the only game I have every played that is offline to players yet runs in the background.Oso Major wrote:

again ? realy ?
Why does this company offer a 24hr service when they haven't got the smarts or capability to service the product ?
It's criminal
People are getting ripped off, it's no wonder this game is slammed on social media so much
i do enjoy the game, like most of us. let s be calm and not insult anyone
Well it is a Saturday when most people have time to play, why are you surprised. BTW, it is about Noon in Germany (server/company location).gunthirsty wrote:

At the very least, Standard Operating Procedure should dictate that at every server failure, once the issue is resolved, the server should be rolled back to the initial time-stamp of that failure. Yes, there would still be folks who wouldn't be satisfied, but it's that loss of troops and loss of lands, sometimes paid for with real money, so could be considered daylight robbery in some regards, that is what causes the most upset I believe. Doubtful it'd happen though. Server crashes are a money pit for Bytro most likely, since Whales would just replace any losses by spending more cash.BeerBelly wrote:

Well I'm not paying anymore money towards a game that fails to invest it properly.
Does FREE gold come with this delay today?
