I rather sacrifice a bit of game time (most often easily compensated by some of my half-skilled game play), than the character of the game.

Byto rules in most aspects that matter to me, when judging a game and publisher.

And yes, their servers are less than mediocre.

And when you have a real issue? It is always resolved by the CM (except 1 time, some 3 years ago in s1914, which still pisses me off )

Oh, BTW, I completely missed there was an outage. Was on before and probably came back after... (oh darn'd, shouldn't have said that; now I won't get my coveted 5k gold compensation...)

Salute to Oso/Crew for immediately notifying the community and clearly explaining the situation and following up with info. Well handled and a large improvement compared to the other occurrence.

I don't know Byto or any Chinese Game Publishers. I usually, buy the games that I play. This is the First RTS type game I have played on-line. And the game I had been playing for quite sometime not only crashed, but completely disappeared.

I tried to submit a support ticket, but you really can't tell if it went anywhere, so as for your experience with CM's in this game, that has not been mine.

As for forums, I don't really like even typing on them...was hoping my game might get recovered was enjoying it. So I meant what I said isn't a threat is a fact...will go back to bought and paid for games that I already play. Instead of using that money to support the habits of unfriendly people like you.

To answer your question, I did submit a ticket as soon as the servers were working (12 hours ago?) as did most of the other players on that map. As expected there has been...No response, No ETA, No fix, No communication. When the company offers no offical comment on existing problems, the forums are the only place customers receive ANY response.

I just checked again. No maps are loading for me. Maybe it's punishment.

This sucks, I have 352 of the 364 points needed to end the game and I was hoping to drop the other 12 points tonight so I could be done.

On one of my maps I was down to squatter dude with one province due to backing the wrong empire in a large war. Now I've got 70% of my territories back. It's not a straight reset as my resources and units are..... different.

Be sure to submit a bug report but I'm guessing it will be at least Monday before something happens.

Please submit a report if you have a map issue/problem.
