I presume that you checked all the spam/junk/trash type folders.
Unfortunately some email providers consider these messages spam so they get lost in the middle before they get to you.
You can try to add the following addresses to your email contacts or whitelist to prevent them from being called spam
And resend the confirmation/treasure emails once more.
If that does not work please send in a bug report from the link in my signature or from the menu in the lower right corner of your game and your email can be confirmed manually.
