I recently used the 'Earn Gold' option and went with Gala Bingo. I spent £10 on Gala Bingo as the offer stated and waited 15 minutes (as it states to wait) and I've not received a single Gold Bar from you guys for this Earning.
You just lost ten pounds for nothing. Those surveys are not from Bytro Labs. The only way to get free gold from Bytro at this moment in time is buying it from them.
I am sorry for you losing that tenner, those surveys are scams and have nothing to do with Bytro Labs.

like BBB said: these surveys are not from us and I would also be very careful with any kind of site offering you premium currency for any game. There are some more trustworthy ones that occasionally have something like "official partnerships" but Gala Bingo is afaik not one of them.
