El Aaiun

When I join a "1939 Blitzkrieg" map, I notice that the province of El Aaiun (Western Sahara) is under French control. But if I remember correctly, that area was owned by Spain at the time. I don't know if the devs are aware of this?? Maybe they could fix it...
