I started playing Call of War about a week or so ago. I have not been able to receive a confirmation email. I have tried ever email address that I have. I know it is not my system as my brother and I run our own email server and I have full access to the spam filter. I can see ever email that hits the server and there has not been one from the game. I also have tried using my gmail email address and still no email. does anyone know what I can do?

Alright i just checked up your account and it doesn't show you have any email at all, try to bind one or send a confirmation to one of your emails so that you got an email bond
I have sent and resent over 20 to 25 times. I just checked my profile and my email address in there is
tomsr@mayfieldj.com. I changed it and then changed it back to tomsr@mayfieldj.com.
I have also tried to use my gmail address: tomsr2303@gmail.com that doesnt help.
What can I do?
What is your in-game name on cow not the forum name
Ingame name is WidowII also. I received the confirmation email for this forum without any problem, but no matter what I do I cannot get a confirmation email from the game.
there's an mayfieldj.com email connected to your account, you got access to that mail?

he said he checked it and had access to it, tho i've never seen email confirmation going to spam

If you are still having this issue. The best way for us to help you is if you submit a lovely ticket to the support team. To do this in your map just go to the settings cog in the bottom right corner and select the report a bug icon and fill out report. Then a CoW GO will investigate this issue for you or go to the main CoW account and scroll down to buttom press "Support" and fill out report.

I got the exact same issue and tried several mail accounts without success. This also concerns the "Treasure found". AΓnt getting any mails.
I have created a ticket but still wait for a response.
im having a similar problem to were i cant change my email and it say unknown error for changing my email
If you can get into your account but cannot change E-Mail, you can always create a bug report asking for your Email to be changed, and a staff member can do it for you.

Bottom right corner in a game round in a little cog. Click the cog, then click the spider in the menu that opens.
