Enemy border markings where they do not belong

As you can see, enemy border markers are surrounding Fayetteville (though whoever layed them out did a sloppy job). I had just captured Norfolk when this appeared.

This is a graphical error. You can try refreshing your page (reloading) and it's likely to resolve itself. If it doesn't, it seems it will resolve itself after a short time.

I just reloaded the page (and captured a few more surrounding provinces) and the buggy markers are still there.

My mistake. While these other threads aren't the same as yours, it was another graphical display error. Maybe it helps you. If it doesn't, I'm sure staff will be able to. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Here are those threads:

This has cropped up occasionally recently. As the at-war border image is purely for display purposes and has no effect on combat this is also simply a pesky display bug.
