Enemy production ship spawn bug, Can't attack or move closer...must be beached.
Since bug reporting ins't working in game...
My sub has been in the same spot, the closest allowed by game mechanics to naval base for 2 days. A couple of hours ago, the Destroyer spawned. Its location dot is a bit away but unreachable. I can not attack or move closer to attack.

If you tell us the gameID of your game, we can fix the destroyer position.
