I have had this on 2 rares. they actually did produce, though they showed a zero.
the next server reset solved it. so, i hope it is the same 'problem'.

Esperance- Produces 0 Food?
I noticed that Esperance, a core province of Western Australia, does not produce any grain at all. Take a look.

i had this problem too some time ago were in the world map. one of my provinces did not make any money. However a day later it was back to normal. I can't explain it. what country is it in and what kind of map?

It has returned to producing 641 grain a day. It is in my country, New Zealand, on the World Map.mrgreeen4567 wrote:

I had it in Indochina, also in my cores. 2x rares showing 0, but when counting the totals, it showed they were actually producing normally.
