the entire "Espionage" functions have been broken since the get go.
the simple act of placing a spy is fraught with difficulty, as the menu sluices around as you click.

Faulty spy report
I get a spy report for one province that it revealed 2 armies, yet there are no armies to be seen in that province.
This used to work OK. What is this now?

It worked fine a few months ago.

Can be that the sped on armies wen into your vision radius somewhere on the map, in which case the spy information wouldnt be displayed anymore at the same time.
Other than that its hard to give any details on this without having more details to work with.
In general a bug that revealed armies are faulty is not known.
