Hey, my ally sent troop (power 25 - medium tank, many infrantry, light tanks,anti-tank) and he fight against 4 fighters and 1 tactical bomber, but he is fighting now all day against them, and he has some losses, he is fighting in Paris, it has not any fortress and - that's important - these airforce in ON LAND. I think it should be destroyed quickly, no many days.
This has never happened to me before and I always fight air units. He shouldn't have taken any losses as well as the air units being destroyed very fast.
Tell him to try directly attacking the trucks with his army. Let me know if that works.
I still have this issue too, also with rockets.
Empty city just containing many rockets (that he can't fire as I destroyed his airbase) but my normal troops can't conquer the province. And they actually take losses from this endless fight.
I have the same issue of attacking air units. it clearly uses the air combat values of the land units when it should do something different when they are attacking the airfield. I am attaching a screenshot example.
