Flight bug

Picture one shows new base within range to fly to. Picture two shows what happens when I click on it to fly to that base, hmmm goes the way of the sea, WRONG! Picture three shows that the new base is over 52% complete and should allow the Interceptor to land, unless there has been some tweaks done that we don't know about.
