Flying Bombs aren't launching

So I know flying bombs have to be launched from an airstrip or an aircraft factory, but everytime I click on the action it says that it can't be undone. I select okay and it shows them on the path to the airstrip and it shows a launch path. When I next get on nothing has happened and sometimes they aren't even to the airstrip. What should I do with this issue? This is on mobile because I'm pretty sure I launched one from my PC...
