After the error, the Information tab is empty but the Messages tab is functional.

FP game error after update.
Game #2439464. FP game, Day 0. Got this error trying to open diplomacy screen.

If you reload the game now, does this error repeat for you?
There are frequently hiccups while the update rolls out across all the servers, and are usually resolved once all the servers have gotten the weekly update processed.
