Sometimes it requires a server refresh, and we are only allowed to do those with a ticket.

Frozen screen
A current game has started giving me a bug where the screen freezes after a few minutes.
Admittedly there is a lot going on at the screen (many units and stacks). I can reload the game and it will run again for a few minutes, but it's a hazzle and it also screws up movement and attack orders.
Is this a known bug? And any solutions? Note that it is not a general problem. It just appeared and only in this game.

No I have not because I didn't know if this is a known bug. There are so many minor bugs in this game, but some have been registered long ago. So I'm not going to flood support with what they already know.
But this is new?
