Game 3068465 - units vanished...

Hi - A few minutes ago a number of my units simply vanished. The troops were not lost: they do not appear on the newspaper as losses, and the stacks could not have been killed without a number of rounds of fighting (e.g. 5 tac bombers, 2 interceptors @97% with only 1AA and 1 interceptor enemy around but not even fighting). Any help/insight would be appreciated...
